Inspired by the sun-soaked horizons, rippling oceans, and vistas around me, I crafted this image of a sunset reflecting on the Pacific's wave-lapped shore by using colorful bits of wool. I employed needle felting and wet felting, blending merino wool, sari fibers, silk, and bamboo fiber with other components to form each one-of-a-kind art piece.
Every unique art piece is mounted on an 11" x 14" mat board, artistically inscribed and dated on the back, accompanied by a detailed note about the felting process. Opt for the minimalist, wooden frames in black or white - or receive it only matted, ready to frame in your own personal style!
Frames are 1" wide solid wood frames without glass, so the texture of the felt can be seen more easily.
